- OVERVIEW: The Nylabone “Chews for Good” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) consists of forty-five separate weekly drawings and one grand prize drawing. Entry into each weekly drawing is separate. Entry into one weekly drawing is not entry into any other weekly drawing. Eligible entries into each weekly drawing remain eligible in the grand prize drawing.
- ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence. Employees, officers and directors of Central Garden & Pet Company (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. d/b/a The A Team (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, retailers, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and advertising agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), along with members of the immediate family or same household as any employee thereof, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on February 14, 2025, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:
(a) Via Receipt
Submission: During the Sweepstakes Period,
complete the following steps:
(i) Take a clear and legible picture of a receipt showing the purchase of one or more
Nylabone® chew products during the Sweepstakes Period (the “Receipt Photo”). The Receipt
Photo must clearly show item(s) purchased, store, and date and time of purchase.
(ii) Create a free account or log-on to your account at NylaboneCares.com (the “Website”)
and follow the on-screen instructions to upload the Receipt Photo. IMPORTANT: The date of
your receipt in the Receipt Photo must be within the same week for which you are submitting
the entry per the chart in Paragraph 5 below. All fields must be completed. Purchasing a
Nylabone product is not necessary to enter, or win, this Sweepstakes (entry can also be made
via the mail-in option below), nor will such purchase enhance your chances of winning.
PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF RECEIPT PHOTOS. Receipt Photos that cannot be verified for any reason will be rejected at Administrator’s sole discretion. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes when your Receipt Photo is verified, regardless of the number of products purchased, and may not submit the same Receipt Photo for entry into any subsequent Weekly Drawing. All Receipt Photos must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
(b) Via Mail-In: To enter without making a purchase or uploading a Receipt Photo, legibly hand print your name, complete street address, date of birth and daytime phone number on a piece of paper. Mail your completed entry to: Nylabone “Chews for Good” Sweepstakes, PO Box 1468, Social Circle, GA 30025. Entries must be mailed in a hand-addressed envelope, must be postmarked by the End Date of the week for which you are submitting the entry per the chart in Paragraph 4 of the official rules, and must be received by 7 days following such End Date. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected entries or postage-due mail.Limit one (1) entry per person during each weekly entry period, regardless of entry method.
Incomplete entries are void. Any attempt to enter more than once by any means, including, without limitation, use of multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts, shall result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offerings by Sponsor. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries all of which are void, or for errors due to computer malfunctions, software errors, digital or physical transmission problems, or interruptions in operations. Administrator’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address provided at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
WINNER SELECTION / NOTIFICATION There will be one (1) grand prize drawing and forty-five (45) separate weekly drawings as described below.
Grand Prize Drawing – One (1) Grand Prize drawing will be held on/about January 12, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Weekly Prize Drawings - A series of forty-five (45) separate weekly drawings (“Weekly Drawings”) will be held, one for each week during the Sweepstakes Period, per the chart below. The drawing for each weekly entry period will be held from among all entries received during the relevant weekly entry period per the chart below. Entry into each Weekly Drawing is separate. Entry into one Weekly Drawing is not entry into any other Weekly Drawing. Each entry period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the dates stated in the chart below.

Each potential winner will be notified using the contact information submitted at the time of entry. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days after the first attempted notification with all requested information, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. If the initial notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. Each potential winner shall be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Liability and Publicity Release, and a W-9 for the Grand Prize Winner (“Prize Claim Documents”). Entrants irrevocably agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
PRIZES:
One (1) grand prize is available: $30,000, to be awarded as a check.
Forty-five (45) weekly prizes are available: One (1) $100 gift card, from the retail store reflected on the given Weekly Drawing winner’s Receipt Photo (the “Purchase Store”). In the event that the Purchase Store does not issue gift cards, or the winner entered via Mail-In, such winner will receive a $100 VISA® Gift Card. ARV: $100. Gift cards are subject to issuer’s standard terms.
Limit one (1) weekly prize per person. All eligible entries in each weekly drawing remain eligible for the grand prize drawing. Winners are solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs imposed as a result of acceptance, attempted use, or use of any prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate retail value set
ODDS: Odds of winning in any drawing and for the Grand Prize drawing will depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing, regardless of entry method.
MISCELLANEOUS: All entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method are void. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (b) telephone, computer, mobile device, hardware, software, programming or network malfunction or other technical failures or errors, or the failure to properly process entries; (c) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to disruption related to internet traffic, wireless networks, viruses, bugs or non-authorized human intervention; (d) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (e) damage caused by a computer or mobile device related virus or otherwise resulting to any computer or mobile device from such person’s participation in the Sweepstakes whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions, or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will post a notice on the Website and, to the extent possible, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries unaffected by any error that were received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or who Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified. Entries that contain errors, or are incomplete or received after the Sweepstakes Period, will not be accepted. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of such winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media now, or hereafter, known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation or other consideration, permission, or notification.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, you release Sweepstakes Entities, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of any Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in any Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use, attempted use, and/or misuse of the prize, and each entrant agrees that the Released Parties are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any Sweepstakes and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. By participating, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER ASSOCIATED LEGAL COSTS) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT, OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
DATA: You acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal information, subject to applicable law, Sponsor and Administrator may collect and use such personal information provided for the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes, for their internal purposes, and for Sponsor’s marketing and advertising activities. WINNER LIST: For the winners’ names, available approximately two weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Nylabone “Chews for Good” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1843, Montague, NJ 07827. Requests must be received no later than 2/28/2026.
